Where in london can me and my friends go for my birthday?

something like the london dungeons, rainforest cafe, planet hollywood..nothing too expensive though. about 5 suggestions? thanks :) (were teenagers)Where in london can me and my friends go for my birthday?
The Planetarium is unique and completely unobjectionable. Madame Tussauds is OK as long as you haven't got loads of attention-seeking mates who insist on squealing in the dungeon bit. Free stuff - I love the museums, but that's just me. Walking on the Embankment is cool. HMS Belfast is fascinating, if you like ships, steel and small places.

Here are several suggestions....

# Camden Market

http://www.camdenlock.net/

11-6.00,Free.Tube: Camden

With the '**** you!' punk rock mentality, Camden is the epicentre of bohemian counterculture. Goths, punk, rocks, pubs, countless music venues, and loads of food..

188 Camden High St, Camden Town, Greater London NW1 8; *

.

# Portobello Market

http://www.portobellomarket.org/howtoget鈥?/a>

9-6.00,Free.Tube: Ladbroke Grove, Westbourne Park

Quintessentially British, Portobello Market is located in Notting Hill, famous district where the Afro-Carribbeans mix it up with the posh white heroine chique. Expect to find antiques, knick-knacks, expensive fashion and plenty of places to eat..

325 Portobello Road, Kensington, Greater London W10 5; *

.

# Borough Market

http://www.boroughmarket.org.uk/page/302鈥?/a>

Thu-Sat; 11-5,Free.Tube: London Bridge

Eugenic society of vegetable lovers. Food-lovers paradise. Sucks in the highest quality food stock from all around the world, and then sells it to the highest bidders. An unbelieveable experience, whether you're looking for ingredients for a meal or you want to sample a tasty snack. Also has some rather good pubs located in its surrounds..

239 Borough High Street, Camberwell, Greater London SE1 1; *

.

# Columbia Road Flower Market

http://columbiaroad.info/

Sun, 8-3.00,Free.Tube: Hoxton Train Station

The most enchanting and beautiful markets, every Sunday morning mind, so you'll have to be up early. Listen to the cheeky cockney banter of the vendors, keen to shift their stock and get back home, and then later go for a coffee in one of the many coffee houses dotted around..

3 Ezra St, Londres E2 7RH; *

.

# Tate Modern

10-6.00,Free*.Tube: London Bridge; Waterloo; Southwark

It is possibly the place to go to, if you have any time free in London. Situated in the old coal factory on the South Bank it hosts some incredible exhibitions, the most striking of which is always located in the museum's huge turbine hall. And when I say huge I mean huge. Well worth a visit, and I'd check the book shop out too..

Try the Club Ten in Grange St Paul's if you are somewhere in central London. It is three floors underground! Awesome club I just love this place...

3 single guys travelling to Las Vegas from Australia,?

any suggestions on the nightlife? We are staying at Planet Hollywood from the 1st April-7th April.3 single guys travelling to Las Vegas from Australia,?
Be sure to visit the "old strip" or Fremont Street ... it's a really cool experience! You'll have to take a cab there if you're staying on/near the strip, but it's definitely worth it. There are many older casinos with very cheap (big) drinks + good gambling tables (some $2 blackjack). A couple blocks of Fremont Street are covered and every 15 minutes or so a laser light show to music plays -- it's really neat to watch!

Make sure you walk the strip and go through the major casinos. There are usually free shows or something to see at each.

You might want to take in a truly Las Vegas type show (you know, with the mostly naked ladies strutting around)....we went to one, and it was actually pretty good! Comedy shows are also big, as are magic shows. You should be able to get information on shows from the hotel/casino you are staying in.3 single guys travelling to Las Vegas from Australia,?
Be sure to check out all the casinos on the Strip and downtown (you can take the Deuce bus for $2 each way or $5 for a 24 hour pass, no need to take an expensive cab ride). Check out the Bellagio fountains, Fremont Street Experience and the show at TI. As for clubs, check out Tao at the Venetian or LAX at Luxor.

  • Where should we stay in Las Vegas?

A group of 3, two girls and a gay guy, all single and 28 are looking for a place to stay in Vegas in July. We are wanting either the Luxor, MGM, or Planet Hollywood. The rooms we are looking at are all about the same price, we just want to know which would be best for all their amentities, location, customer service, comping, etc.Where should we stay in Las Vegas?
Planet Hollywood has the best location followed by the MGM Grand and then Luxor.

MGM Grand has the best customer service, Planet Hollywood the worst

PH has mediocre comps thru Harrah's Total Rewards. Luxor and MGM is thru Mirage Club but you really have to play big for comps at MGM.

PH has the worst pool, MGM the best. Standard rooms are pretty good at PH with really nice baths, Luxor rooms are small and MGM is average. MGM has the best selection of restuarants, Luxor the worst.Where should we stay in Las Vegas?
Planet Hollywood has the best location but I prefer MGM Grand, it has the best pool area in Vegas IMO. Before you book make sure to keep an eye on http://www.vegas-hotels-online.com for the newest promotions and offers, this will save money.

New Yorkers, and people who have been to New York, which place should I go?

    Here are the choices:

    -The Hard Rock Cafe

-The was museum ( forgot the name, but it's close to Hard Rock)

    -Ripleys Believe it or Not

    -toys r us

-planet Hollywood (where the Disney stores are)

    -ESPN

I'm a girl, and although I like to play them, I dont enjoy watching sports. I like snapping photos of things too.

    Which should I choose? Why?

Pick 2 choices.New Yorkers, and people who have been to New York, which place should I go?
    ESPN is closed down.

The Hard Rock and Planet Hollywood are just cheesy chain restaurants with terrible expensive food.

The Wax Museum and Ripleys are tourist traps.

Toys R Us is a store.

I suggest you get away from Times Square and explore. If your into sports head up to the Bronx, and take a tour of Yankee Stadium.

If you want to go to a museum, go to the Met, MoMA, The Gugenheim or the Museum of Natural History.

Head down to the Village, Soho for funky shops and half way decent food.New Yorkers, and people who have been to New York, which place should I go?
I'd pick the museum and avoid all of the others. You can do those other things ANYWHERE. Try finding unique things in New York: the museums, the parks, the neighborhoods, etc. One fun thing to do is walk the entire length of 5th avenue (up to about 90th street, it starts to get a bit more dangerous after that). You'll see lots of different neighborhoods.New Yorkers, and people who have been to New York, which place should I go?
These aren't really fun attractions except the Ripley's museum. Museums like the Museum of Natural history, MoMa, Metropolitan museum of art and so forth are amazing and far better than these run of the mill tourist attractions.

Well, NOT Planet Hollywood, ESPN, or Toys r Us.

I suggest Hard Rock Cafe and the MOMA museum.

Can you use any pool in Vegas?

If im staying at the planet hollywood hotel can I use other hotels like the Caesars Palace pool? Can you use any pool in Vegas?
No. The pool is an amenity included in your room rate. No room = no pool. You have to show or swipe your room key card to gain entrance into the pool area. Can you use any pool in Vegas?
Nope. Most of the hotels on the Vegas strip require your room key to get into the pool area, but if you have a friend staying at the hotel, you can usually get in with them. Can you use any pool in Vegas?
Sure, and people staying at Caesar's can use your room to change after they use the pool at PH.Can you use any pool in Vegas?
Most places make you show your room key to use the pool.
Some hotels will now allow you to enjoy their pool for a daily price, eg $10 per person per day

we are staying at the Planet Hollywood please if anyone has any reviews please tell!!Hello Folks! My wife and I are going to Las Vegas for the first time and...?
A very nice modernization of the "old" Aladdin, the casino is small but everything else is new. The only negative I have is the loud music played in the casino.Hello Folks! My wife and I are going to Las Vegas for the first time and...?
Good place to stay except the check in lines are large %26amp; you sometimes have to wait 30 or 45 minutes to get your room key. They do a lot of movie filming there.Be sure to eat at P.F. Changs.for the best Chinese food. Hello Folks! My wife and I are going to Las Vegas for the first time and...?
