They sounded the alarm with great effect on nuclear power, global warming, nuclear war, comet impact, nuclear testing and the resultant effects of reactor meltdown, putting virtually the entire planet under water, nuclear winter, hyper tsunami waves and giant ants, in that order.



Why didn't they warn us about offshore blowout preventer and drilling rig failure?Why didn't Hollywood warn us about offshore oil spills?
They were too busy trying to get pot legalized and gay marriage passed.

The oil leak is a tragedy that should not have happened. It will have to be dealt with, but I still believe we need to drill, as long as it is done properly, and well regulated.
