It's not far from the Star ferry on the Kowloon side. I ate there on my trip to Hong Kong in 1997. It was pretty good. They had some movie memorbilia from Hong Kong films such as a wine jar from Jackie Chan's Drunken Master 2. :) I don't know if it's still open.
