Depends on the time of the day, I'd allow at least 30 minutes. Excalibur is on the west side of the blvd, you'll need to take a bridge walkway across the strip. There is one though that goes right across to Planet Hollywood if you walk north on the west side to it. You'll also need to cross Tropicana Blvd by bridge too. I'd stick to the west side and walk up that way, seems like there is less foot traffic than on the east side of the Strip. although the directions tell you to "turn right on Tropicana Ave." rather than use the pedestrian walkway. There's also a new walkway at Harmon Ave. you could use.
