Unless you have lots of money to waste ... do not do roomservice. What you are charged for an order of toast you can get a full breakfast at a restaurant. The hotel will add breakfast to your bill if you order room service, however I will not recommend adding breakfast to your bill because it can get really expensive after they add all the additional fees. There lots of places to have breakfast at Planet Hollywood. My recommendation is to eat at the Spice Market buffet. They serve breakfast from 7:30am - 10:30am, price $13.99

You can add anything you buy in the hotel including food and say the buffet to your bill or you can pay cash it is upto you. When you check in you will be asked if you want to have the ability to charge to your room and agree that anything added you will pay for, when yuo go to a resturant you can pay cash of ask to be added to your account. Room servcie will automaticyly be added to your bill
