I haven't stayed in that suite but I have stayed at the hotel. It was just remodeled and it is very modern and up to date. But the construction across the street is your view so I'm not sure if you want to pay big bucks for that. I paid $95 a night for a regular room in April 2009.
The Rio and Venetian are "all suite" hotels that would be in that price range. Rio has floor to ceiling windows that are huge and you can see the whole strip because you are set back a little from it. It offers a party type atmosphere like Planet Hollywood. But I wouldn't recommend it without a car.
If you go to tripadvisor.com you can look up hotel reviews and travelers post their personal photos of hotel rooms so you can really see what you are getting!
If you like a hotel then stay across the street from it so when you look out at your view you can "see the on you love". I learned this when I stayed at MGM Grans last year!
