Honestly, who really cares if some rich hollywood actress wrapped herself around a tree while skiing? Do you know how much suffering is talking place in the world right now? Why does the media always present the misfortunes of hollywood lives as front page news over the rest of the planet???Who gives a crap about this hollywood garbage?
Apparently YOU care enough to take time out of your allegedly busy and "important" day to write such rude and disrespectful things about Natasha Richardson.



How would you like it if someone said the same things if it were one of your friends or family in the situation Natasha is in right now? Can't you see that she's also a human being, too, just like you or I? and that there are two young boys who are probably heartbroken because they are losing their mother, and a husband who is having to say goodbye to his wife, the woman he loved and exchanged vows with?



or are you so JEALOUS of people who get out there and make a success of their life via the entertainment industry that you have to make cheap potshots at them like this? Kicking a person when they're down?

It's interesting to me how you and others just love to criticize and judge people who as you say "give a crap" about Hollywood and go to stereotype us as not caring about anything else (which I can guarantee you in my case is definitely NOT TRUE! I am a very well rounded person with a plethora of interests beside entertainment) ...



So I wonder what EXACTLY is it that you really doing about the suffering that is taking place in the world right now...that is when you're not busy trolling here and slamming and judging those of us who just happen to enjoy reading about entertainers in our leisure time as is our right to do if we want to?



Indescriminate dyed in the wool celebrity worshippers are pretty embarrassing to normal fans, but if you ask me those like you who are "anti-fans" and those who like to spend their time being critics and are haters of anything are just as bad!



Each to their own when it comes to hobbies and interests.

Because most of being a "celebrity" is simpy being well-known. A story will be plastered across magazine front pages, TV screens and web pages if the person involved is a recognized name/face that many people have heard of, for whatever reason. It's about drawing the largest number of eyeballs.



The same would happen if Octomom or Bernie Madoff were in a skiing accident.

I hate to hear of anyone hurting themselves, but I feel no more sympathy for celebrities than for unknowns. Many people idolize celebrities and want to hear any news about them. If everyone was like you or me and dinn't read such stuff, the news would have to be about other more important things.
They aren't anymore important than anybody else.

The reason the media presents the misfortune the way they do, is; the more hoopla they can make out of it; the more money the reporter/ photographer gets.Who gives a crap about this hollywood garbage?
I completely agree. Of course it's horrible that she is in pain, but the media should not focus on one person just because she is famous when millions of people are dying around the world in horrible ways.
Fact is that nobody would really give a **** if this happened to a non-celebrity. She is famous so people are interested. That's life and society. Get over it and get used to it
I agree with you. I like celebrities, and I love celebrity gossip, but there are worse things going on in the world, and celebrity gossip should never be front page news.
