What is the best company to buy/sell, or rent the timeshare in vegas I just purchased? Thanks for your help!?

we recently purchased a timeshare at the Westgate Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, NV. I was contacted by Resort Equity Marketing sales rep. to list timeshare for rental. Does anyone have information on other companies that do this, experiences with renting timeshares in general, or any other advice. Thanks in advance for your help! What is the best company to buy/sell, or rent the timeshare in vegas I just purchased? Thanks for your help!?
Paying for advertising worked for me but you have to do your homework. First nobody is going to pay you top dollar for something on the resale market. Unless your timeshare is sold out and in very high dempand expect to get 50% less than what you paid for it. If you can realize this you have a good chance to sell your timeshare.

I did many searches to find the right resale company. I looked at many internet traffic ranking sites like ranking.com and alexa.com. These sites monitor internet traffic and can give you a good idea of how much traffic a timeshare resale website gets. obviously if you list with a company that gets little to no traffic who is going to see it. Its like posting ad ad on a tree in the middle of the woods.

When I sold my manhattan club I listed with http://www.buyatimeshare.com great company to deal with whenever I called I actually got to speak to someone which is nice in todays automated answering phone systems. They were always friendly and gave me great advice. While it cost more than $20 to $30 it was better than any other service I tried. I posted my timeshare on many of the free sites out there but never really got anything from them. Not to mention when I did get someone they were calling me direct instead of calling buyatimeshare which screens the offers for you.

Go to a search engine and search for keywords that you would search if you want to buy. Most people buying timeshares are searching the internet not going to a realtor.

I never rented my timeshare but I did rent from buyatimeshare a timeshare in las Vegas for $600 which was a great deal. What is the best company to buy/sell, or rent the timeshare in vegas I just purchased? Thanks for your help!?
To resale or rent a timeshare is a hard task, the basic rule is not to pay money up-front, don鈥檛 be another victim of a scam.

Unfortunately over 50% of people that really need to sale their timeshare falls for this resale scams where they charge money upfront and less than 10% of them use their only real option wich is to post it or offer it trough free advertising options as much and as many sites as you can (it is ok to pay a few dollars to post in a great place but no more that $20 to $30).

Timeshares do not have resale value and in most situations you would take a loss in what you paid for, as they resale for less than $1000 USD.
