Planet Hollywood is dead center on the strip. Hard Rock is off the strip.
The best hotel in Vegas is the Wynn. Any of the hotels will 'do', though, if you plan on being in the room for sleeping and that's it.

Luxor, NYNY, Excalibur, Bally's, Imperial Palace are all pretty junky.

uh planet hollywood is right on the strip.
But the truth is that alot of people concern themselves or age in Vegas. Age is meaningless in Vegas, assuming you are over 21 that is. Everyone is just getting wild and having fun.
