If you talking about a reservation, I would recommend you get one ahead of time. Any restaurant in Times Square is usually pretty busy.
If you're talking about just walking around, there is a gift shop located on the bottom floor of the building that you're welcome to walk around. Do they allow you to just walk around planet hollywood in times square or do you have to order to get in?
