On their website, they state that you can make a reservation but they do not guarantee you a room when you get there...!!! Has anyone try booking over the internet and then not getting a room?? please help. I'll travel by mid June.Thanks!Have u booked a room at Planet Hollywood hotel in Las Vegas?
Not sure what part you are looking at but when I book (at least a 2 night stay) they charge my credit card the first night this is the guarantee that my reservation is made and the room is held for me.
If you are trying reserve a room without a credit card (don't know any hotel that does) this may be reason that there is no guarantee.
If you are not secure in your feelings about booking on line then I would suggest you call them to make the reservation and get the confirmation.
Now hat being said you may be requesting a specific room like a strip view. All room requests are based on availability upon check in.
This does not mean you will not have a room when you get there. It just means you may not get the exact room you want.
