MGM Grand, Planet Hollywood or Treasure Island. Which is best?

I'm booking a room for Vegas in August and have narrowed it down to these 3 hotels. I have been to Vegas before, but never stayed on the Strip. This time I decided I wanted to stay on the strip, no farther North than Treasure Island (TI) and no farther South than the MGM Grand. If you have experience in these hotels I want to hear from you.MGM Grand, Planet Hollywood or Treasure Island. Which is best?
Quality wise are all about the same. MGM of course is much larger than the other two, at over 6800 rooms but TI has 2800 rooms and PH has 2600. Planet Hollywood does have a large shopping mall on the ground floor, which is handy and is more middle than MGM. I find MGM to just be too crowded and spread out personally. TI is a nice location too since there is so much now on the north end- close to a number of good shows and other big hotels. Never stayed at TI but have sent employees and friends and they liked it-- we stay at Caesars generally and love their huge rooms. But tends to be expensive if the rooms aren't comp'd like we generally get.MGM Grand, Planet Hollywood or Treasure Island. Which is best?
The MGM is probably the best of these, but Treasure Island is okay.
