Planet Hollywood or Treasure Island?

I'm planning a trip in January and I've been so indecisive whether to settle with PH or TI. I've read comparisons and both hotels have the same reviews, which makes it harder to choose. We've been to Vegas several times in the past, but my boyfriend and I are finally going alone. We're 21-22, but we're a laid back couple so a partying environment is not a priority.



Where would you stay if you were to help me decide? :)Planet Hollywood or Treasure Island?
Laid back says TI to me. You then can go to Mirage via free monorail, walk acorss the street to Venetian, Palazzo, Wynn and Encore. I loved TI.

Either way, Planet Hollywood is the safer bet. The location is nicer, there's a mall right inside, great atmosphere, live bands, and overall, is the better hotel anyways. Also, there's no resort fees as opposed to the $25 TI resort fee, which makes PH cheaper as well. There's no question PH is the way to go.

Both are great hotels but I would suggest Planet Hollywood. The location is terrific and PH is running some pretty good deals right now with 20% off Suites and 15% off a (3) night stay. Regardless of which hotel you choose, Treasure Island or Planet Hollywood, both are quite nice and I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay. Have fun!

PH does have a party environment, so if you want to stay away from partying, then I'd avoid that hotel. If you don't mind being around it, PH is in a good location and is a nice place. TI is plenty nice, and its location is also pretty good, but it does have the resort fee tacked on to the daily rate. It is much more laid back than PH.
I have stayed at both and I would recommend Planet Hollywood for the location. TI is just OK in my opinion. If the price is the same for you I would actually recommend Paris or Monte Carlo over either of these.Planet Hollywood or Treasure Island?
PH is more hip and geared toward your crowd of people 21-35 years old crowd, they have the better pools, better shopping, gaming is about the same, both have good locations, PH has the newer looks and tons of shops, GO PH!
PH over TI for many reasons. The first is the resort fee that TI charges which is an additional $20 per day. Second is PH has a great location being right in the middle of the strip.
I have not stayed at either but I have been to Vegas a few times. My vote would be TI! I think it is a better location and more laid back. Good luck have fun!
Treasure Island
PH has the mall, some theatres with live acts, buffet, food bar area, pinks hot dog stand, casino.
treasure island more laid back, one negative 20.00 a day resort fee.
