We are going to Vegas this summer....thinking of staying at Planet Hollywood. Good idea? It looks nice...?

Paris is across the street from Bellagio ... not Planet Hollywood.

PH is across from CityCenter and Jockey Club. I stayed there in 2003 when it was Aladdin and I liked it a lot. It looks even nicer now and the rooms have all been redecorated

The atmosphere was a little bit too much "party time" for me but if you like that kind of atmosphere, Planet Hollywood is a great choice.We are going to Vegas this summer....thinking of staying at Planet Hollywood. Good idea? It looks nice...?
Planet Hollywood is good because of the location. It is right in the middle of the strip, across from the Bellagio fountains.

work on getting their rates down . Vegas is having a hard time . offer them half what they ask.
It depends on what you want to get out of your Las Vegas trip. Are you looking for an amazing room? Fabulous pool? Cool Casino? Convenient location?



TripAdvisor. com ranks it as #59 in popularity...and that's not too bad considering they rank 293 hotels in Vegas. But...makes you wonder why not go to one of the top 20 hotels? PH is a good hotel in a great location. Compare rates with other hotels in the area and look for online discount codes when booking.
It is a good choice. Great location. Prices are a bit higher than they should be. They also charge and extra $4.99 a day resort fees. For that you get 2 bottles of water and the daily news paper, use of the phone for local calls and a discount coupon book. Umm I would stay somewhere else!! Planet Hollywood has a good location, but it lacks customer service. The rooms are boring, the atmosphere is dead. I would stay at the Mandalay Bay or Hard Rock since they have pretty nice pools and overall they're pretty awesome!!
PH is a small casino and you are not right next to other casinos
