What's a good company to work for in Las Vegas for a UNLV Hotel major?

A company that offers excellent benefits, etc?

I know theirs Wynn Las Vegas, Harrahs, MGM Mirage, Station Resorts, Sands Corp, Planet Hollywood etc, but what are the major difference between each? Is their really a difference?What's a good company to work for in Las Vegas for a UNLV Hotel major?
Good luck in getting hired in any job at those casinos. If they do have an opening they want heavy experience for the least amount of money at this time. They are all still laying off with more to come. Wynn is suppose to have the best benefits followed by the Sands Corp. Stations is in bankruptcy and will probably be sold to Boyd Gaming shortly with cuts to follow there. Planet Hollywood is about to be taken over by Harrah's so again, cuts on the way. Each property withing the MGM and Harrahss has their own hiring policies. I know people within the MGM family of casinos and hate it but there is no where else to go. The best bet is with the smallest corporations. Stations use to be named one of the best corporations to work for but recently have gotten caught up with the economy. Too bad. We will miss them.
